We offer a few choices for shipping wine during the summer and winter months.
The choices are:
Weather hold options
Summer: If you select this option, we will pickup and hold your wine at our fully temperature controlled facility from May through September during the summer. We will release your shipments beginning the first weeks of October.
Winter: If you select this option, we will pickup and hold your wine at our fully temperature controlled facility from December through February during the winter months. We will release your shipments beginning the second week of March.
Future ship date option: This option allows you to pick the date you would like your order shipped throughout the year. This is not just for inclement weather but for any other reason you may need a package held to be shipped at a later date.
WINE SHIPPING SERVICES
This form is for customers who store wine in our fully temperature controlled warehouse. This form transmits to NWS, so if you make a mistake on the form, resubmit the complete form again. Do not use this form unless you store wine in our warehouse.
The pdf form can be filled out electronically using Adobe Reader. Once the form is filled out, print 2 copies of the form, one to put inside the box and one to keep for your records and for the driver to sign. This form does not transmit to NWS so if you make a mistake, please fix it on the form and reprint them.
